INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml Chai Harder
- 60 ml whisky
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 90 ml hot water
- freshly grated nutmeg
- To Serve: orange peel, sliced lemon, apple or ginger
METHOD
- Strain chai concentrate to a mug or heatproof glass. Add the rest of the ingredients, pour hot water and stir. Grate over fresh nutmeg and garnish.
