Bonsoy
An organic, GMO free soy milk alternative. The best kind of milk that goes oh so well with Chai Addict & Chai Harder. Its creamy consistency and nutty flavour elevates the smoothness to a chai latte that will keep you coming back for more.

PREPARATION AND USAGE
Shake the bottle to release the chai aromatics and to blend any goodness that have settled at the bottom. Measure out 30ml of chai and mix it with 220ml of hot or iced milk. Sweetening to taste, is highly recommended.
We recommend sweetening with 2 teaspoons of honey or similar to amplify the flavour. Some sugars, like coconut sugar, will be lighter in the sweetness level so you may need to add more. We also like using soy milk for its creaminess – Happy Happy Soy Boy or Bonsoy are our recommendations – but it works well with other milks.
For iced chai, use a liquid sweetener such as honey, maple syrup or agave to blend easily.

If you’d like to emulate the flavour of iced chai we make at the markets, use Happy Happy Soy Boy or Bonsoy and sweeten with at least 2 teaspoons of coconut sugar. We make our coconut sugar to a syrup first so it blends easily for iced chai.
