Seedy Chai Addict Loaf

I am so in love with this Seedy Chai Addict Loaf recipe adapted from @carolinegroth. If you’re a fan of seedy bread with its crunchy and moist texture, this is for you!

In this gluten-free, healthy, seedy and dairy free loaf, I used our OG of chai concentrate, Chai Addict, for a savoury vibe. Your house will smell so delicious you’re gonna wanna tuck in immediately. Enjoy!

✨1.5 c oats
✨1 c black rice, cooked
✨1 c almonds, chopped
✨1 c pumpkin seeds
✨1 c hemp seeds
✨2 tbsp chia seeds
✨2 tbsp buckwheat groats
✨1/2 c golden flaxseed
✨1/2 tsp salt
✨2 tbsp honey
✨1 3/4 c Chai Addict concentrate (or other flavour)
✨1 tsp olive oil

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir and mix well.

Leave bread to rest for at least a couple of hours until all the liquids have been soaked in to the mixture. I let mine rest for 5 hours.

Preheat oven at 180C then pour ingredients in to a parchment lined bread tin and bake for 50 minutes.

Drizzle a bit of olive oil on the top after 30 mins. Take the bread out of the form and bake upside-down for another 30 mins.

Nibble as is, munch on it with jam, greek yoghurt & cinnamon sugar or enjoy with butter sprinkled with salt highly recommended.
