Recipe & Photo by:@nutrition_byamy"It’s no surprise that I love chai. It is everything I love about spices and the health benefits are wild. Unfortunately, not all chai is created equal so I always opt for a clean, sustainable brand, like@chaiaddict_melbfrom Melbourne. Plus, they’re Australian so you know it’s good!I love chai so much that I created this VERY CHAI baked oats recipe with delicious chai syrup. This recipe is for four serves. I don’t expect you to eat all the syrup in one sitting... unless you want to. Reach for this breakfast option this week. You won’t regret it at around 300 calories per serve.Ingredients:1.5 cups rolled oats1 cup@goodbetterbrucealmond milk2 bananas2 eggs2 tbsp maple syrup1/2 tsp baking powder2 tbsp raw cacao powder2 shots@chaiaddict_melbmasala chai concentratePinch of saltMethod:1.
