Self-Saucing Dirty Chai Chocolate Mug Cake
We can honestly say that this epic self-saucing Dirty Chai Chocolate Mug Cake is one of my fave not only because it's delicious, but it also literally takes 30 seconds!

"It’s self-saucing, takes 30 seconds and gives you a warm hug on cold days like these ❤️☃️
INGREDIENTS
1/4c plain flour
2tbs caster sugar
1tbs cocoa powder
1/4tsp baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder
1tbs softened vegan butter
1tbs soy milk
3tbs Dirty Chai concentrate
1/4tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe mug/ramekin until well combined.
2. Microwave for 25-40 seconds*.
For additional luxury serve with a scoop of ice cream
Notes*
- Times will vary depending on the strength of your microwave and how wide your dish is (the wider the less cooking time needed)
- Longer cooking time means less “sauce”.
- To adjust the chai strength substitute the concentrate with water or coffee as desired- I love a good bit of sauce so I go for 25-30 seconds
