White Hot Chocolate Chai

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c milk or milk alternative
- 60 ml chai harder
- 50g quality white chocolate, roughly chopped
METHOD
- Pour chai harder and the rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a slow simmer. Do not boil. Whisk the milk to froth before pouring in to a cup.
- For extra decadence, add a tablespoon of double cream or coconut oil and butter before bringing it to a simmer.
