Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Love your chai on repeat? Our subscriptions make it easy to keep your favourite brew stocked, with 10% off every subscription order.

How Subscriptions Work

Choose your favourite chai and delivery frequency — fortnightly, monthly or every two months.

Your subscription automatically renews, and your nominated payment method will be charged according to your selected schedule.

Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and may apply to recurring deliveries.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two orders, including your initial purchase.

After your second order has been completed, you're free to cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees.

Managing Your Subscription

You're in control! You can manage your subscription through your customer account, including:

• Skipping or pausing upcoming deliveries.

• Changing your delivery frequency.

• Swapping products or updating your details.

• Cancelling your subscription once the two-order minimum has been fulfilled.

Changes & Cancellations

Please make any changes before your next scheduled payment is processed.

Changes or cancellations made after payment has been processed will apply to future orders. If an order has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.
