One Bowl Chai Banana Bread
This super moist One Bowl Chai Banana Bread is another delicious creation by one of our users Laura of @_abalancedlife.

3 eggs
3 bananas well mashed (1.5 cups)
1 tbs vanilla extract
2 tbs honey40-60ml chai addict concentrate (or other blend you prefer)
2.25 cups finely ground almond flour
1 tbs ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, honey and chai concentrate.
Gradually whisk in the almond flour, cinnamon, kosher salt, and finally the baking soda. Whisk until smooth. Pour in bread pan prepared with baking paper and/or butter.
Cook for 40-50 minutes in a 176 degree Celsius fan forced oven. ENJOY
Note: The chai concentrate makes this bad boy really moist. If you want it firmer, add more almond flour.
