Chai Infused Protein Balls

What better way to enjoy a hard day’s work, school or uni than with a healthy filling of chai protein balls.

Guilt free snack done right, our friend @bellarinefoodie made this delicious recipe just for you.

All you need is:

500g pitted medjool dates
1 c shredded coconut
1/2 c almond meal
30g protein powder
60ml Chai Addict chai concentrate
golden syrup (optional)

Blitz all ingredients in a high powered food processor or blender until well combined and forms a cookie dough like texture.

Scoop about a tablespoon size and roll between your hands to form balls.
