Banana Chai Smoothie

It might be too cold for a smoothie in Melbourne during winter but for our neighbouring counterparts, Banana Chai Smoothie are an every day breakfast staple.

QLD based food blogger Bella of @enrichnutrition has smoothies on the reg. She’s been totally awesome and created this sip-worthy Banana Chai Latte Smoothie. Enjoy!

BANANA CHAI SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
2 frozen bananas
Handful of ice
30g vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
3 tbsp Chai Addict concentrate
1 c oat milk
cinnamon to sprinkle, optional

METHOD

Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender and combine until smooth and creamy. 

If you prefer a thicker consistency, add less ice.
