INGREDIENTS
- 1 - 3 scoops of ice cream
- 30 - 60ml Dirty Chai concentrate
- Optional: coffee beans & shaved chocolate to garnish
METHOD
- Keep It Simple: Place 1 - 3 scoops of dairy/non-dairy ice cream in your favourite dessert glass. Depending on how you like to ‘drown’ your ice cream, pour 30 - 60 ml of Dirty Chai concentrate over the top.
- Get Fancy: Heat 30 - 60 ml Dirty Chai concentrate over the stove top. Place 1 - 3 scoops of dairy/non-dairy ice cream in your favourite martini glass. Remove the chai concentrate from the heat before it simmers. Pour the dirty chai liquid over the ice-cream, top with shaved chocolate and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
