Chai Addict Granola

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups gluten-free oats
- 2 cups nuts
- ¼ cup black sesame seeds
- ¼ cup each, coconut oil, maple syrup and almond butter
- ¾ cup Chai Addict
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup each, pepitas and sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup each, goji berries and dates
- Optional: buckinis, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, puffed millet
METHOD
- Preheat your oven at 175C. Combine oats, nuts & sesame in a bowl.
- The Sauce: Heat coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, Chai Addict and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stir until combined then remove from heat. Pour sauce over the nuts and oats and mix well to combine.
- Bake It: Spread evenly on a baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until the grains and nuts are thoroughly toasted. Remove from the oven, stir and cool. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- To Serve: Enjoy as a snack, with yoghurt or with poached pears.
