Housekeeping Tips for Christmas Deliveries
As you may have heard, there are CRAZY delays in the delivery network. To reduce further delays, here are some things you can do to help us and our courier 🚚 partners deliver your goods in a timely fashion:
- Ensure that the information/address/contact details provided are correct at time of checkout
- If the address is part of a large block of flats or units, please add a ‘NOTE’ at checkout with additional info on access or a safe place to leave your parcel. If the couriers deem it a safe drop, they will follow the standard Authority To Leave (ATL) process
- Check your tracking for progress. This will be sent to you via email once the order is processed. Make sure to check your junk/spam/promotions folders as it may have landed there. Add email@example.com to your address book so you never miss an update.
