But wait, what makes chai dirty? It's chai concentrate blended with cold brew coffee. We took an espresso blend coffee, cold brewed it for a more balanced and low-acidic flavour, then blended it with our signature masala chai concentrate. It's a powerhouse flavour that's nothing short of sublime.

Choc-hazelnut coffee notes soothed with chai’s sweet, warming, and aromatic spices. We like to call this "The Best of Both Worlds"! For those of you who like coffee and chai, this will soon become a firm favourite.

With Melbourne undeniably defining the world’s coffee culture, from talented baristas, innovative brews, and technical roasting techniques, it was only fitting to combine these epic flavours together. So we partnered up with the Brunswick-based café and roasting operation, Padre Coffee, who sourced the espresso blend of beans from Brazil and Guatemala to complement our masala chai concentrate. Padre provided us with the tools and brewing techniques for optimal flavour.

Padre not only takes their coffee seriously, but they're also huge supporters of small businesses and love to collaborate. Along with their "Good Coffee Doing Good" programme, they source their ingredients ethically and sustainably, aligning with our practices.
