White Hot Chocolate Chai

  • 1/2 c milk or milk alternative
  • 60 ml chai harder
  • 50g quality white chocolate, roughly chopped


  • Put all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a slow simmer. Do not boil. Whisk the milk to froth before pouring in to a cup.

  • For extra decadence, add a tablespoon of double cream or coconut oil and butter before bringing it to a simmer.
