Keep it simple: Place 1 – 3 scoops of dairy/non-dairy ice cream in your favourite dessert glass. Depending on how you like to ‘drown’ your ice cream, pour 30 – 60 ml of Dirty Chai concentrate over the top.
Get Fancy: Heat 30 – 60 ml Dirty Chai concentrate over the stove top. Place 1 – 3 scoops of dairy/non-dairy ice cream in your favourite martini glass. Remove the concentrate from the heat before it simmers. Pour the concentrate over the ice-cream, top with shaved chocolate and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
