Chai Spiced Hot Toddy

Ingredients

• 60 ml Chai Harder
• 60 ml whisky
• 2 tsp honey
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 90 ml hot water
• freshly grated nutmeg
• To serve: orange peel, sliced lemon, apple or ginger

Method

• Strain chai concentrate to a mug or heatproof glass. Add the rest of the ingredients, pour hot water and stir. Grate over fresh nutmeg and garnish.
