avocado chai mousse with raspberries and crushed hazelnut


  • 1 large avocados, peeled and stoned
  • 90ml chai addict
  • 90ml coconut sugar syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 25g raw cacao powder
  • raspberries & hazelnuts, to garnish


  • Blend avocados in a food processor until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until smooth. Serve with berries and nuts.
