Chai infused protein balls

what better way to enjoy a hard day’s work, school or uni than with a healthy filling of chai protein balls 🍲🍨 guilt free snack done right, our friend @bellarinefoodie made this delicious recipe just for you.

all you need is:
– 500g pitted medjool dates
– 1 c shredded coconut
– 1/2 c almond meal
– 30g protein powder
– 60ml @chaiaddict_melb chai concentrate
– golden syrup (optional)

blitz all ingredients in a high powered food processor or blender until well combined and forms a cookie dough like texture. scoop about a tablespoon size and roll between your hands to form in to balls. enjoy.
