Courtesy of Leigh-ann Ta'kody from@cleaneats_sweet.treats, we hope you enjoy this treat.INGREDIENTS1 cup almond milk3/4 cup Chai Addict1/3 cup maple syrup (optional)1/2 cup coconut sugar1/4 cup cocoa2 cups plain flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/3 cup vegetable oil1 egg (can be flax egg)1/2 cup dark choc chips (vegan if preferred)METHODHeat the milk & Chai in a saucepan gently. (Add maple syrup if you’re using it) Let it cool.Whisk together flour, cocoa, sugars, baking powder & cinnamon.Combine together milk, oil, egg & vanilla extract. Whisk till combined and add to dry ingredients.Fold in choc chips and ensure batter is mixed through nicely.Divide batter evenly into muffin tins and bake for 25-30mins on 180degrees.Wait for them to cool and frost with your favourite toppings ❤️
