Padre Coffee have been absolutely thrilled with the resulting dirty chai blend, so much so that they wrote about how I decided to approach them amongst the hundreds of roasters in Melbourne. They’re proud as punch, as am I. Their very discerning resident food-scientist, Andrew, even proudly exclaims, “I think it’s amazing! To achieve a consistent coffee flavour in a dirty chai is really really hard.”
